Seriously, anyone can do it. I knew this guy that was into aikido and he could put anyone on the ground with one hand. It's all about tricking the other person into throwing themselves on the ground because you moved their wrist or their finger or foot in a certain way

I read more of the responses. Even if you're female and small, judo, jujitsu aikido (there's others) are all about using the opponents size against them. I'm not a martial artist myself but I've seen what those particular disciplines can do and you should learn. Your self confidence will go through the roof
