Is borderline high cholesterol a scam or should I generally try and lower it. I eat a lot of eggs, beef, butter but also eat lots of other health stuff like oats, salad, peas and beans. I lift, I make sure I hit my proteins and I feel fine. Im not sure if I trust that cholesterol is that bad for a strong fit male.
