Big guys to be sure, but they seem to be juicing and you don't want to overclock you heart and lungs. It's just not acceptable. You need to look into drugs when you get older, and you don't want to over train yourself so as to fuck up your joints. A lot of aging is damage. There's drugs you can take that will give you a temporary advantage in combat and athleticism. Blood doping is also something to look into. You probably want to keep a few of these "special potions" around on you for use when you need to win. Otherwise practical strength and high fitness. Pay attention to your legs, knees, and your core especially. A lot of EVERYTHING comes down to this. If you can go from standing to upside down or on your back then back to sanding or if you are fit enough to back summersault to gain an advantage while trying to lock someones limb, and are comfortable with supplexing/half-supplexing at different levels purely to gain advantages over people who cannot roll scramble etc, then you're basically doing very well. This lends itself to climbing, vaulting, stair running. This means you control your surroundings. If you are doing kind of body building poses and showing nudes to other men, you're probably not suited for full blown nationalism. You still can have a place as a doorman or PR rep, as your presence will do the fighting for you, but if you're a manlet you should focus on being useful instead.So, yes, use drugs, don't over do it and USE THEM FOR FUCKING SITUATIONS.
