I somewhat understand it but what they're not yet seeing is that they can swap the 'hardships' of the lockdown for the 'hardships' of investing. Then as their success compounds they will have even more freedom/free time and money to go do as they like. You might say not everyone can be an investor but it's not everyone who is in this group that misses the pandemic era.

I just miss how quiet everything was. You can just relax at home and no one would be out in the street. I used to go out for hikes and there would be no one on the highway there.
