Baltimore spends over $18k per student each year and has some of the worst educational outcomes. This is widespread with inner city schools full of blacks and browns yet they still are bold enough to claim they don't get enough money.
Why the fuck does the spending and education even matter? We spend so much on education and our average IQ is still lower than most of Europe
