>I know how much it's worth.
How do you respond to this without sounding mad?
>>
Just walk away. You don't have to play their game.

Youre going to get raped to death by niggers in a nursing home, but the dementia will stop you from calling for help
>>
Housing is ridiculously expensive now. The cost of my childhood home has gone up about 250% in the last 20 years. I know that’s a long time but it’s still insane.
>>
>>533646938
the house isnt worth more
the money is worth less
you need more money to equal the same value of the house
>>
>>533647064
$1 in 2006 is $1.64 in 2026. That's only a 64% increase.
>>
>>533646765
Nobody will buy them. I don't have children what do I need a damn house for lol
>>
>>533647064
This is economically speaking a retarded statement
>>
>>533648065
No. Most items are excluded from the inflation numbers. $1 in 2006 bought you a 2 liter of soda, and now a 2 liter is $3. That's a 300% increase, not 64%. The issue is that index only tracks cheap foreign produced consumer products.
>>
>>533646765
You do realize that owning a house costs money, right? You have to maintain it, pay insurance, property taxes, and all the utility bills as well.
"boomers" also did not simply buy one house and live in it forever, many bought and sold multiple houses, many lost their jobs and and lost their houses, or got better jobs and upgraded later when houses were more expensive. The reason why housing is expensive is because building a house requires government authorization, and the government printed tons of money after covid.

I just looked up my childhood home that my parents bought for $30,000 in like 1979 right outside Nashville. It’s now about $350,000. The place has barely changed at all. We converted the garage to an office for my dad’s tax business, and the shed we put in is still there. The red maple trees I planted as a child are quite big now. The McDonald’s is still down the road. I wonder if those coins I buried in the woods are still there? I’ll have to go and see. I remember where I buried them.
But 30k was a decent amount of money back then. I remember a few years later when interest rates went up to like 15% and everyone was so happy they had fixed rates at 8 or 9%. lol

They, just like we, have no influence over the fed and thus the price.

Fuck off with these d&c threads

Why else would they need the money? They pay big bucks for the privilege of getting raped and beaten by Nurse Tyrone, and they'll keep voting for it until they're dead.

That's a new home, drywalls and all.

The simple fact is people, many, are over bidding by tens of thousands of dollars and still losing on these homes.
You must be willing to pay up unless we start building new ones.
The thing with the boomers though is they are over pricing and not budging which then keeps people from bidding cuz they're not getting in a bid war for something that's already at a high number

You gotta start identifying exploitable angles and bullying them into selling their house under asking. Last property I bought from a bitter boomer I noticed there was water + mold damage to the siding on the upstairs deck. Poked it with my boot and my whole foot went through. So I purposefully broke off more and then went apoplectic on the lady trying to make a cold 300k profit on a worn out dog of a house

>YOURE REALLY GOING TO SELL ME A LEAKY MOLDY HOUSE?
>YOU THINK IM GOING TO PAY YOU A MILLION DOLLARS TO HOUSE MY FAMILY HERE AND ITS NOT EVEN SAFE? HOW DARE YOU
>JUST ANOTHER OLDER AMERICAN TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A YOUNG FAMILY, I SEE HOW IT IS

Either walk or lose it so dramatically their decrepit brains short circuit

It's worth what someone is willing to pay for it and you are 3 newscasts away from croaking ma'am. 0% of something is still 0.

Nice larp kiddo
>>
nobody is forcing you to buy overpriced homes
>>
Who cares? The good homes were built pre WW1. Boomer shacks were billed as disposable housing when they were built.

You will never be able to build like they did back in the 19th century as an American.

Correct.
Where I live a chocolate bar used to cost 67 cents in the 1990s when I was a kid.
They are now $4-$5 for some goyslop infused fake chocolate.
>>
>>533646765
They can't sell it for $2 million if there are no buyers. I'd say my penis alone is worth $1 quadrillion.
>>
>>533648130
make it into a misthaus
>>
>>533653497
It's not even fake chocolate anymore. It's goy slop manufactured butter/sugar with "chocolate flavor". The goy slop makes up 99% while the chocolate flavor which is a few cents to produce is used for the "taste".

It probably cost them 10 cents to make the slop per bar but the price is $5 "due to inflammation", the CEO's cut and "trans marketing".

>How do you respond to this without sounding mad?
apparently you don't otherwise it wouldn't still be for sale
>>
>>533654267
I used to like them as a treat but I noticed the switch to some kind of onions base in the mid 2000s. Tastes like garbage. And you have to go to a chocolatier to get real chocolate now.
>>533653741
I hate the boomers here so much. They seem more than comfortable to sell their overpriced house to a jeet landlord who them turns it into a jeethive with 20-40 people living in it.
>>
>>533650813
The they just give up on (you) and sell to a private equity, or worse, may God forgive me for saying this, a California

I don't think they sell real chocolate anymore either at this point.

>They seem more than comfortable to sell their overpriced house to a jeet landlord who them turns it into a jeethive with 20-40 people living in it.
That was their entire goal to make money using an unproductive asset without any real accountability. They all voted additionally to inflate the prices of their unproductive assets to retarded levels out of sheer laziness while ruining younger generations.

I don't get how these retards work. If they bought bitcoin instead of a house, they'd be multi-billionaires. But no instead these retards bought a house, sat on it, and voted for mass migration to increase the price.
