I've got a little over 10k in my bank account. I don't actively calculate how much cash flow I have, I just kinda hope things work out in the end. If I had to guess, I probably save about 8-10% of my income

owning your home here is like being payed a full second salary for doing nothing, so its worth it to get a mortgage you can just barely afford and live in self-inflicted poverty until you absolutely need to cash out
