Japan is a larger country with way more to see and do whereas Korea is mainly a megacity, and some countryside. Japan has all sorts of cool and interesting places from Hokkaido to Kyushu. South Korea is a bunch of farms, some small manufacturing cities, and some kinda ugly coastline / mountains.
