Sales? Direct response? Awareness? Your KPIs change depending on your goal. Any billboard provider will have metrics on impressions, ie traffic flow on a highway billboard's location and thus likely impressions/uniques per time period so you can estimate CPM, plus maybe demo information.If it's sales, you of course can notice a lift in sales/impressions after your billboard goes up. If it's awareness, you can track stuff like Google searches for your name/product after the billboard goes up. If it's direct response, you can use a unique email, or QR, or phone number on the billboard (obviously not on a highway one) so you know 100% of the outreach you get is converting from that billboard.Actually it's all very understandable to anyone with a triple-digit IQ who thinks about it for about 5 seconds
