Assuming this narrowest part is mirrored at the other side by a different country that still leaces 20km of actual international waters in the malaca strait that can't be disputed. The real problem with the malaca strait is Singapoor and the singaniggers who "control" some small islands around the tip entry of the strait and so it becomes a tremendous mess.
