It's much better to eat good food, fuck a lot, raise some kids, hang out with friends/family, stay relatively healthy, appreciate art, maybe make some of your own when you get the chance, explore some of the world if you can afford it, and find something to fulfill your spiritual needs (God, theology, creating shrines, or whatever speaks to you. This obsession with war at least made sense for more primitive cultures when the average person's standard of living was low and resources were scarce, but it is now unnecessary.
