Then there are issues of mixups or doctors intentionally using their own sperm. All of these are issues which don't come to light until birth and then it's lol have fun with your kid for the next 18 years. For men there's the additional problem of surrogacy, it ain't exactly well off women who choose to be a surrogate mother and anything she puts into her body while carrying your child fucks up your child as well. The risk is just far to great until we figure out how to have children without any woman getting involved at any point of the process.
