It's true though. I live in the most conservative part of a really red state but I've never seen so many "I regret voting for Trump" signs in lawns. Everywhere I look, not one Trump supporter who doesn't regret it. It's crazy because everybody here voted Trump 3 times in a row, but it's obvious that this time, it was a mistake. We call him "Trump the Mistake" in my house.

I was at a bar in town on Saturday night. It's the kind of place where working class guys, truckers, and farmers go to unwind after an honest day's work, a real salt-of-the-Earth type of place. We were watching a local high school football game on the TV and one of the players happened to be named Harris, which prompted people in the bar to start talking about Kamala Harris. My dad (a coal-miner) says "y'know, I've voted red since the Reagan administration but I really should have given her a chance. I'm a fool for being so racist and sexist that I couldn't vote for a Brown woman, she was clearly the best choice." Then the local gun store owner, who is also the head of the local KKK chapter, said “I can’t believe I’m saying this, but we need to impeach Trump and Vance and replace them with Kamala.” I look around and my face is stunned. All of these hardcore Trump supporters are shaking their heads in agreement. I heard a couple “yes, sir” and “damn straight”. Everyone started nodding and agreeing, and we were talking about how she's not a billionaire so she understands the plight of the middle class. We all call her Middle Class Kamala around these parts.

She was the best candidate for the job, and the only reason she lost is because we were too racist and sexist to realize it. She was basically President for the last 4 years and our economy was booming. We call her Queen Kamala and praise her Kamalaconomy. Anyways just thought I'd throw in my two cents on the matter.

Something to remember. There's a gas station every 1/4 mile in the US. (slight exaggeration) and there are large led signs with the prices posted in glaring color. It's something you see all the time. Grocery prices aren't posted like that. Your wages aren't posted like that. Your health care isn't posted like that. People have been trained to react to the number on those signs. Plus Americans feel cheap gas is our birthright, and if it's expensive something is wrong. Which has proved to be true actually.

I started making a few soft arguments with my boomer MAGA father and he straight up blew a gasket and said "I KNOW I KNOW MAYBE HE DID FUCK UP STOP RUBBING IT IN"

MAGA is dead.

Buckle up for 2028 lads. This game of each side doubling down on their antics when they get their turn is reaching a boiling point. If you thought Biden's globohomo was bad you're in for a big surprise.

Witches like Spanberger will make white men feel exquisite pain and suffering, in it's purest and most absolute form.

D-Do you have a yard sign up?

>at the pump
Usually this price jumps before the costs of all goods skyrocket with it, but generally, it is an important point for survival when your very livelihood depends it. Living paycheck-to-paycheck is a bitch.

yes. the average american is poor as hell. the cost of gas going up 50% should be immaterial. if you spend $200/mo driving to and from work, an extra $100/mo is nothing. but if you're at a 99% debt to income ratio, it's absolutely disastrous.

every time gas goes above $3.50 or $4.00 a gallon, local news stations will run interviews with locals (usually fat retards driving massive trucks they can't afford) crying and moaning about not being able to afford the cost increase.
