Lol, no. I'm a game dev and creator of that particular world. I'm not controlling NPCs, I'm designing them and then moving on to the next part. Their design is my doing but once they're set up, they are controlled by machine code. The player characters are the only ones with a conscious soul driving them, and what they choose to do in the meantime is their choice, but the overall outcomes are predetermined.
