Zoomers in other countries were all raised on English speaking YouTube and chatting in English speaking discord channels. Most probably speak better English than their native tongue. I have a cousin from Serbia who speaks English fluently and with less of an accent that boomers who immigrated and have been speaking English here for 40 years.If you see someone from east Asia though it’s probably an expat.
