Have you considered the possibility that you are just the result of survivorship bias? That the reason you are even alive is because your mom was hot when she was young and your dad was a chad who had charisma or maybe just a respectable high paying job, and tons of other men tried to get with her, but only one succeeded, leading to you, and that this does not necessarily mean that you will manage to pass on your genes like they did? You're just not good enough to be one of the breeders the way your dad was, and that's ok actually, not everyone will succeed.
