Being hypothetically able to run as VP to circumvent the explicit limit of two terms, while theoretically possible, is absolutely against the intent of the amendment. This is such an incredibly specious argument in the first place because the 22nd amendment, which places the term limit, came before the 25th amendment (obviously), which is what formalizes succession in the first place. In other words, this slimy Epstein-American is stating that the amendment whose sole purpose is to limit the number of terms a president can serve can only be viewed as retroactively aware of a LATER AMENDMENT which established presidential succession laws. The idea that the amendment itself is the only evidence actually goes totally against the dominant current in conservative jurisprudence, to boot -- it's the statement that instead of poring over and through contemporary linguistic and legal mores, we should discard everything but the letter of the law. This guy is totally and utterly compromised.
