Enlisted soldiers in the United States military always have a massive chip on their shoulder for a reason. No matter how many trillions are spent on the DOD, 90% of it goes into the hands of transnational megacorporations developing weapons for DARPA while actual grunts are left with the bare minimum in terms of supplies / ammunition.
