But I usually use a day off on my weekend to make sandwiches or lunch for myself. Then, while I will save leftovers from larger cooked meals on the weekends, I usually wont cook during the week. I work a night shift and get from work at 1am. I don't want to cook from scratch that late, even if I'm up til 5 or 6am anyway. I'll usually just microwave a frozen dinner from the store when I get home, maybe eat some chips too
