I think the federal government will slowly lose authority as states just ignore the constitution. In the case of blue states it will probably be something like "hate speech" laws that will be passed and enforced and they will tell the feds they have to actually come and physically stop them from putting people in jail. Red states will follow suit, jailing abortionists and trannies and shit, and it will just devolve into a slow breakup.
