I've noticed that Jewish males born before the 1960s often carried the name Paul (at least in the US), and this may have even been the most common New Testament name for them after Mark. Mark at least has been a very common name, but Paul (in the US) hasn't had quite as strong of a popularity, yet it seems that many Jewish families went with that for their boys over even more popular NT names, like John.

Is there a reason that (to me at least) they seem to have been particularly attracted to the name Paul? It was one of those things they notably clinged to in older generations, like Irving and Isadore. Is there also a similar apparent phenomenon with Jews in other countries?

Paul was the first Jewish subverter of Christianity

Not subverter. He basically created the religion 100 years after the alleged life of Christ.

Took an obscure Jewish cult and weaponized it against Rome.

Paul died around 65 AD in Rome. Jesus was crucified around 33. Clement of Rome, writing around 90 AD, relates his martyrdom. Tell me how Paul created Christianity 100 years after Christ?

>why were jews often named /pol/?

none of that is true; you guys can't even get basic historical facts about when he lived straight

Paul (the biblical apostle) was originally named something like Sha'ûl. The Romans changed the name to Paul (their equivalent) when recording events in the early biblical scriptures. It's just a name, and like many names from the bible (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) they were Romanized or Anglicized by the authors of the bible because they were extremely alien and difficult to pronounce to the modern western readers of the time.
>>
>>533835491
Because it's a Middle Eastern name, not European.

Because kikes don't like their original khazar turk names.
Look at this, Bulan - king of the khazars. No kike wants to be named after that. Whites could spot them better.

>hebrew Religion and Christianity belong together, it's just evolving from strict bootcamp to sandbox freestyle mode.

Marcion
>that cannot be, it's like two entirely different gods. i've catalogued all the contradictions, it's overwhelming evidence. lets ditch all hebrew baggage, remove bagel.

Tertullian, Jerome
>thats not true at all. here's the official canon, Torah included, we call it the bible. Marcion is wrong cuz... Cuz he's a gnostic! There, a gnostic, get him!

Max was also a very common Jewish name at one time but you don't really see it anymore.

Paul was a fucking faggot.
The cross is a T for Tarsus.
Jesus has nothing to do with the synagogue of satan (the church).

The Zhazarian commoners were Turk, but the merchant nobles who had worm-tongued the King's ear were Jewish.

How is this different from the U.S. or Europe?
