The company I work for has mostly white people working there, my team is 80+ and there's only 2 of us with a hispanic last name. So I think companies do hire white people, we don't have one Indian in our team. Maybe I work at the last company that only hires whites but I always bring it up with my girlfriend how im the only Mexa amongs all the whities haha
