This assassination "attempt" is probably faked. Usually, when political figures are the target of an attempted assassination, their view among the public skyrockets. I feel like the GOP noticed this during Trump's first assassination attempt and after Charlie Kirk. The GOP will be losing the next midterm elections, and they're grasping at straws.
