My kitchen desk was damaged due to years of abuse and I wanted to replace it. I saw the price of a new piece of fucking wood and put a wodden looking tape on it instead. How is the society supposed to function when basic necessities are beyond reach?
>>
>>533897898
You don't need more.
>>
>>533897898
It's honestly amazing how gradually extremely cheap necessities went up with inflation while wages stagnated. They weren't joking with the "you'll own nothing" part, but they were definitely fucking with you with the "and you'll be happy" part.
Asset inflation is all it is. Taking your wages in cash makes you a little poorer every day
>>
>>533897898
>he can't afford a small piece of wood
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!
>>
>>533898214
Can you?
>>
>>533898249
But you eat thermos’d lukewarm slavsloppa every day, what about all the savings you made from living like livestock?
>>
if you are poor, you have to keep coping until the day you die. that tape is just one example of cope. ppl who an hero, they could no longer cope.
you either cope or you rope. those are the 2 main choices. obviously the 3rd choice is to stop being poor, come up with some brilliant idea and get funding to build it. very hard and requires luck, work, connections, etc.
>>
>>533898380
What about this guy trying to get into the white house and solve the problem?
>>
>>533898783
>tha whitehouse says I can’t pilfer deadwood from Polish forest to turn into desk waaa
Just go to the same farm supply store that you get your food from
>>
>>533897985
So you're giving back all the guns and tanks and stuff we gave you because you're poor? Nice, thanks
>>
>>533897898
pseudo rich fags change their kitchen every year.
>>
>>533898298
nigga is buying shitcoin waiting for the inevitable 1000x one of these days
>>
>>533898127
> they were definitely fucking with you with the "and you'll be happy" part
That's when they filter the non domesticated cattle via the mark of the beast, coming soon.
>>
>>533898951

What was the price of a piece of wood? What sort of wood?
>beyond reach?
How poor are you? What precisely have you done with your life up to now that 10 bucks for a little piece of wood is more than your entire net worth?
>>
>>533899273
My kitchen desk is like 3m long.
>>
>>533897898
the worst abuse of all: soup abuse.
buckwheat soup.
this kurs my wah.
>>
>>533899364
Wait, do you use your kitchen countertop as a desk?
>>
>>533899647
It's the same thing, right? I have no counter on top of my desk.
>>
>>533897898
You should rip that up. I can guarantee it's filled with mold underneath
>>
>>533899701
A desk is what you put your computer on or study on, a countertop is the bench space in your kitchen for cooking, maybe eating depending on the layout
>>
>>533899722
It’s Eastern Europe, the mould is structural and load bearing
>>
>>533899364
Depending on how pretty you want it to be you could use construction lumber. You'll have to look through it to find the pieces that are not bowed though. It will be soft so you'll have to seal it with oil & wax.

If you want matching hardwood it will probably be expensive. Hardwood lasts and they don't want people buying things that will outlive them.

Clean your kitchen, you degenerate soup addict.

I love how everyone clocked him as thermos soup pole based on the dirtiness of the photo
>>
Which glue will wotk well in such wet environment and won't poison me?
>>
>>533900280
Tung oil, let cure. Coat with wax, let cure. Look for butchers block or food safe wax.

That shit in your picture is 2 feet.
Have you tried to just go cut down a tree on your land and mill it up into some finished lumber?
>>
>>533898380
> Cope, rope, or grift. Them’s the rules, kid.
>>
>>533898249
DUUH!
Moron.
I can afford to buy a 2 bedroom apartment right now in cash 0 debt.
>>
>>533899977
Soup turned out to be too glamorous and decadent for him, now he's eating soggy grain in a thermos.
>>
>>533901105
>apartment
But what will you own when the jeet built piece of shit collapses? A ten by ten cube in the sky? If it doesn’t include the land it ain’t shit
>>
>>533901465
>jeet built
Nah.
>>
>>533897898
looks like a /b/tard sink
>>
>>533901861
Show flag then, i guarantee the jeet waves have washed upon your shores, ruining things you used to take for granted (like food safety, building codes, no shitting in public areas)
>>
>>533902050
It’s the thermos pole, he heats up like oats and buckwheat in a thermos to survive while claiming it’s the superior option

Not a grain and you are missing out.
>>
>>533902373
It is. It allows you to do something else while your food cooks in the background without risk of explosion.
>>
>>533897898
You need to make your own. 2 sheets of MDF, contact adhesive, one sheet of laminate, plane or router (borrow or rent it), router bit. You need to have these skills. Your grandfather could do this. You could even use pallet wood, glue it, plane it, and cover with laminate.
>>
>>533902449
What is it now, buckwheat again?
That stuff is pure punishment.

Breakfast:
>chicken breast salad (free range)
>2 sunny-side eggs
>sheep's cheese
>2 slices of herring in spicy oil
>some salad leaves
>one medium coffee with milk

Brunch:
>one banana

Lunch:
>one German beer
>3 hotdogs
>1 bbq lamb steak
>1 coffee/ no sugar
> a piece of white chocolate
>1 banana

Italian prosecco chilling, mid-range price, in the fridge for the evening after whatever I feel like, it's the tenth bottle this mo.
>>
>>533902309
>i guarantee the jeet waves have washed upon your shores
It's not jeet made, period.

Kitchen counter
>>
>>533897898
Best thread right now.
>>533898214
Well you used to be able to chop some from the local forest or your property but that became illegal. Wood is expensive now primarily due to weight, which is why you never see it in furniture anymore.
>>
>>533897898
save more money by buying less stupid gadgets and eating more thermos soaked slop.

also, maybe stop being quit such a penny pinching jew when it comes to real things like looking after your place. you spend freely on garbage, as you've made so very clear with your endless threads showing off about your newst crap purchase.
>>
>>533897898
I knew your flag was polish before clicking thread
>>
>>533902552
also without risk of having a decent meal.

your daily short kids scooter rides to and from the tram stop are more risky than a pressure cooker btw, you absolute crying little baby.

Thermos anon has an oppositional-defiant personality disorder. look how he reacts to friendly advice that he should abandon his silly thermos soaking and get a pressure cooker instead
>>
i did like Thermos anons thread yesterday about his supposed hike between bardo and klotzko. looked pretty good,

im so happy he uses /pol/ as his personal blog.
>>
>>533906724
I'm a window to the mind of a person who spent 20 years on 4chan.
>>
>>533907088
we've long since agreed that you are special
>>
so, tell me something Thermos - was yesterdays decision to do a day hike instead of taking a hotel for a night, having anice meal with your gf, etc just you being cheap like you are with the kitchen repairs?

take my advice and dont cheap out on stuff like that now sometimes. you'll regret it later.
>>
>>533900762
those are pretty cool commieblocks. they've perfected the art of concrete down there. huge brutalist memorials, too. as for the countertop, just friggin make one from scaffolding boards. it's not that difficult. a 3m one, made from pressed saw dust doesn't cost that much either. the cosmetic repair in OP pic is revolting.
>>
>>533898127
You are writing from the shittiest western nation concerning that problem, in Italy the stats say that more and more people can have a stable full time job and still be poor.
>>
>>533897898
>that residue
>the amount of minerals in your water

holy kidney stones unironically sorry for you bro. that sucks.
>>
>>533906076
A pressure cooker would indeed be much better but you don't really expect a man that can't afford a 2x4 and eats soggy thermos soup to purchase a kitchen utility like that do you?
>>
>>533908642
i think he's very selectively cheap and am familiar with the type.
>>
>>533899364
Its called a counter top. Not a desk. You can buy a section out formica counter top stock and cut the hole through it for the sink. You'd have to be pretty handy like me. Its a big job. Thats why its expensive.
>>
>>533897898
Polish soup bro
You making some żurek today or what
>>
>>533899273
Fuck off jew consooomer nigger
>>
>>533909449
You sound like a tranny, shut the fuck up. Every one of us knows what’s he’s talking about, even you, as evidenced by your tranny statement.
>>
Thermos makes these threads all the time and then vanishes.

Why does he make the threads?
>>
>>533912269
I do?
>>
>>533913133
you dont interact with so much that people say to you. take this for example >>533908353
>>
>>533913746
With you, bot. Also...and?
>>
>>533914059
you cant seriously think i am a bot? you're not that special.
