The guy defending himself seemed confused and obviously injured but still directs the other guy who stabbed him to not leave and sit. The assailant sits down at a table disoriented with a bloody face and waits there until police arrive. I think in the confusion and with all the yelling, and the stabber being unarmed, he held back. Plus he was hurt and had to check himself. But yeah, very dangerous situation because who knows if the assailant was armed with another weapon.
