>>533932715I wish blues a very painful death
>>533932833Thread's gonna die if you insist on discussing anigay stuff...
>>533932833Is this red/blue button spam the new tactic to distract Germans from talking about politics? Im assuming the economic situation (recession) doesn’t affect you or your family?https://www.spiegel.de/wirtschaft/unternehmen/ifo-geschaeftsklimaindex-stimmung-in-deutschen-unternehmen-so-schlecht-wie-seit-sechs-jahren-nicht-mehr-a-5b6d77bf-0c90-453f-96e2-1fedb11d792chttps://www.reuters.com/business/german-private-sector-contracts-first-time-nearly-year-pmi-shows-2026-04-23/TLDR:> Business sentiment at lowest level since start of the pandemic> Economic growth forecast cut from 1% to 0.5%> “Official” inflation forecast to go up from 2.2% to 2.7%> 3.0 Million people unemployed > Unemployment rate stable but projected to increase if energy prices stay high>>533930101This is interesting. I didn’t realise the Covid inquiry was still ongoing or so thorough. Any thoughts on whether therewill be consequences for people who made mistakes or who purposefully misled the public?Alles muss gründlich berechnet werden ;)
>>533934654>the economic situation (recession)Caused by the majority of Germans being Bluetards unironically
bump
vladdy is the type of guy who tries to convince people to take blue but secretly goes for red
>>533938020My approach to red/blue depends on the affected groups.
>>533938164explain
>>533938282Ratio of high trust in-group to low trust out-groups. This adds additional information requirements not provided by the original experiment. The button/pill thing itself is academic nonsense for undergrads, but we can expand it to more realistic issues.
>>533939489>Ratio of high trust in-group to low trust out-groups.doesn't even matter in this "thought experiment" because the red button doesn't inflict any harm on the people who don't use it. The blue button is self punishing and guilt trips self preservation. It's simply a self determination and responsibility vs over socialisation consensus chaser question.
>>533939777I made clear that I'm not referring to the original thought experiment.
>>533940061Then expand upon the thought experiment like you said could be done
>>533940218A more realistic approach adds more information and conditions. Most of "experimental economics" (game theory with real people usually in lab settings, often just students with a Western middle class background) is useless. Especially since it's usually shy to touch unwanted factors like ethnicity or (sub)culture. Add such elements to the experiment and see how results depend a lot on those circumstances. Also a thought experiment without real involvement is most often useless (what people say they do vs what they actually do).
