Even the most successful ones do not see themselves fully as part of the USA but as separate with ties back home. Like maybe in 50 or 100 years and multiple generations it would be different but as of now it's just not the case. And even then I am not sure because we have had some Asian immigration since at least the mid 1800s. Those Chinatowns in LA/SF/NYC are old and quite literally defined by their "otherness".
