Going off grid is economically retarded. Do not do it.
The division of labor benefits us all. Be part of the solution not the problem

Division of labor is very useful but nobody wants to die of starvation because they're on a deprecated industry

I'd ditch the solar panels, put up a 8'x8' (~6 kw) solar collector that uses small mirrors to focus on a water boiler, use the steam to turn a steam engine which turns a generator to charge batteries.
Normalizing the curve for a sunny day would be 18 kw-hr per day. 50% Losses would bring that down to about 9 kw-hr. at my current rate of energy usage, I'd need about 3 of these.

It can make sense in some edge cases.
But the opportunity cost is significant. You can't work on other "projects" if you're spending all your time and energy growing your own food, for example.

These aren't even mutually exclusive.

>The division of labor benefits us all
no if there are jews
>>
>>533941457
Some people just don't understand how much effort it is to let crops grow.
For clarification: I am mocking you. The goal is ease, not yield.

>benefits us all

By whose definition of benefit?
>>
>>533941030
It's economically retarded if you're a lazy asshole with no game-plan.

>soil preparing, planting, watering, harvesting, processing, preserving
vs
>buying
All that time you could have used to bring the white race back to glory.

>man with no concept of crop selection and choice of preservation method insists it takes forever to chuck your damn potatoes in the cellar
So what you're saying is you grow pointless bullshit that isn't on the standard list.

ChatGPT was trying to talk me out of going offgrid earlier today. Why are jews so afraid of you going offgrid?

My family's garden gets love 2 days a year and we're having lemon, berries, oranges, grapes, walnuts, apples, in various types enough to sustain us for half the year without buying any of that stuff from any supermarket. A household of 6 people.... 2 days a year... Literally fucking nothing. Just starting planting trees. If you want to plant shit like zucchini and cucumbers and tomatoe it also takes like 1 hr a week to maintain and 2 days to prep the soil and plant the stuff. Harvest time is much more fun too than going to a supermarket.

The only problem I see with planting your own stuff is having enough land to plant enough if you're not only planning on planting trees. Trees don't take a lot of space or maintenance though so I'd recommend that the most for most people.
>>
>>533942635
I wonder if the issue is never having experienced a garden of any sort. The only thing they are willing to consider is the most high maintenance bullshit possible.

glory starts with reclaiming your autonomy
>>
>>533942825
It's just like the idiots that say "I'd rather pay someone $100 to do it because it'd take me 3 hours to do and my rate is $50 an hour" when they do fuckall for 10 hours a day. We're all guilty of being a little lazy sometimes but a lot of people nowadays just have 0 motivation or will to do anything of value and then they wonder why their life feels meaningless and no one genuinely enjoys being around them.

>glory starts with reclaiming your autonomy
Your group autonomy. It's almost always more effective to specialise within your own group.
Which leads us to the subject of group identity. It is, and always has been, the magic key which opens the door to many paths of possible action.

>the utility jew doesn't want you breaking free of the energy grid
>muh division of labor
silly jew
solar panels aren't labor, they're electrics
>>
>>533941030
American capitalism failed. It's time to go off grid.
>>
>>533941030
"Division of labor" is a byword for " monopoly. "
