I misunderstood where the event was taking place and missed the chance to see and maybe talk to him by 5 minutes. Now when he is visiting all these years later as King, one of the places he and Camilla are stopping, by freak chance, is where I work now. Not at the location I work every day, but I will ask my boss to shift my schedule and work from there that day so I'll be around if he walks around to talk to the little people and ask us what we do there. If I had not fucked up at my old job, I could have told have maybe told him I met him before during his last visit, not that he would remember but it's an odd coincidence.
