He had 3 leftover, empty shotgun shells that he had picked up because he and his Dad re-loaded their shells. These 3 had fallen down and were hidden by other stuff in the trunk. 1 week of OCS. Fucking bullshit. That's zero tolerance in action right there. The girls who got OCS for the shampoo caused an even bigger shit storm. Both are/were completely fucking ridiculous and 100% against the intent of the law.
