Similar to how people "starve" trolls by not engaging. The hope is that you'll get board and leave, and then it's just gullible idiots who wander in there thinking there's still a lot of support for Trump on 4chan. Critics of Trump, who don't get any engagement will also leave the thread, keeping it an echochamber.Don't sweat it, for most of these literal glownigger operations, they seem to just be focused on trying to "maintain a presence" on 4chan because they know it's important.
