Pretti was more ambiguous on the cop's side, but he still was like a moron walking across a highway whose stupidity had own responsibility in his death. He shouldn't have a gun for 11 days since he committed a federal crime. He should keep his armed ass away from all potential trouble. He acted contrary to what responsible gun owner should do and didn't even have ID with him when conceal carrying.

Both were more justified than Babit who was unarmed but whose killing has earned a promotion
