>>533975978I wish we could be like Norway, you know, being near all that lithium.
>>533975978Battery cars are for faggots - sorry!!!I will sooner walk than buy one of these performative cuckmobiles.
>>533975978what is better, non plug in hybrids or plug in hybrids?
>>533975978The power grid will likely collapse in the countries moving to electric.
>>533976490Plug-in if you actually want to use the battery to run the car for long distances.
>>533976395you're going to be a faggot and take it up the ass when ICE are outlawed and you won't do SHIT about it.
>>533976395This. Just replaced my phone battery with a gas engine, shit is cash.
>>533975978Based. Gimme all the ICE cars for cheap.
>>533976774Did ICE prices actually fall between 2018 and 2025?
>>533975978The Euro countries only have such high adoption due to massive government incentives, strict fleetwide emissions regulations and the looming threat of a total ICE ban for new vehicles. The ironic thing is that the EV adoption in the developing world is happening without any of those factors. It is happening because China is able to produce and sell EVs for far less than existing auto makers and produce and sell ICE vehicles. This proves that all the heavy handed tactics of EU regulators was unnecessary and the adoption of EV was inevitable once the technology was at a point where it could compete and beat ICE on dollar value. And the reason India isn't adopting EV is because their power grid is absolute poo. Even in their largest cities they still have daily rolling black outs and random outages, let alone if the majority of the country where the power grid is even worse.
>>533977037Also EV adoption is inevitably going to be slower in countries like the US, Canada and Australia where people often do long journeys by car that push or even exceed the range of an EV. And even though charging infrastructure and speeds are improving, it's still a mental barrier for adoption. In Europe flights are cheap and rail network has wide coverage so people don't road trip to the same extent they do in the New World colonies.
>>533975978The hum of electric motors makes you infertile, so it’s good that adoption is only happening in faggot countries
>>533977242Oh yeah also ICE is just better if you can afford it. The reason EV adoption is booming in the developing world is because they are poor and Chinese EVs offer good upfront value. But depreciation is real, and the longevity of Chinese EVs are unproven. After sales support is also trash. The EVs made by legacy auto makers do not offer the same value as Chinese EVs (which aren't even available in the US anyway). If you have the money an ICE vehicle is arguably still the better financial decision. You will pay the same or less than a legacy brand EV upfront, and will recoup much of the savings on fuel or the price difference of a Chinese EV when you eventually sell your ICE on the 2nd hand market. This is especially true in the US where fuel is so damn cheap compared to other developed nations.
>>533975978no serious country can use battery electric for anything useful because BE cars are useless toys that don't work at scale.
>>533975978Burning Ethanol is the stupidest thing unless you actually want starvation
>>533977850It's good for giving corn farmers tax dollars. The only downsides are that it costs tax dollars, makes food more expensive, and isn't good for fuel.
>>533975978>countries where they're banning ICE cars by law>less ICE cars are soldWow what a revelation
>>533975978>eurocuckolds being the biggest faggots out of everyone yet againngl I'm tired of this underman continent
>>533976523This. Build more nuclear power plants 20 years ago.
>>533975978they are still too expensive, the range is shit, and the charge times are very long. Wake me up once i can buy ab EV as good as my 2007 volkswagen touran for 15K
>>533976523except... in the countries... where this... doesnt happen... I guess
>>533977037The EU has no oil, so it's reasonable and fair to spend on EVs as much as money is spent on oil imports.
>>533975978>Brazil favoring ethanolsugar cane allows that
>>533983174the US could easily do it too with corn but the oil jew won't allow
>>533975978lol, you cant power a car with ice?
>>533983174>>533983302The US is the largest producer of ethanol. Brazil is the second largest.
>>533975978WHATYOU CAN RUN CARS ON ICE??
>>533975978We can't stop winning.Superpower by 3024.>>533977850We have so much of it, and every car allows for both oil and gasoline.
