Start saving money to buy whole cows/pigs directly from ranchers, make sure they do their own butchering too. Most that do this sell individual steaks and stuff or have sample boxes you can buy. It's a big upfront expense but then you don't need to buy meat for a year and completely avoid the inflation. You can also split the price between you and your sister/brother, friends or parents so you each get half a cow/pig.Ive been doing this since pre covid and ill never go back to buying meat from grocery stores.
