I'm a hard alcohol and over the last 5 years I went down from 3 L works every day to 4L beer every day.
I get Lyrica 600mg a day which is fantastic but makes very addictive too but it lowers my alcohol consumption.

I've started smoking again in order to drink less and it works. I don't like smoking anymore.
Picrel is the stuff I've bought from the Netherlands.
Alkohol is the worst really

Those were horror times.
