New wagie eldritch horror just dropped. I've been working for 15 years in white collar, i never even heard of this. What is it u ask? It's something employers do when then wat to downsize but dont want to give u a severance check and totally fuck u out of unemployment checks. They will make up a very vaguely worded problem that can be interpreted in any way. There is nothing u can do to beat it. Countless stories online and 90 percent of them are very recent. They might have used this before but in the past few years they have been using this rempantly. All of a sudden, an employee that has been working there for 5 years has performance issues.. They hit me with the "not commiting to your deliverables" last week.Cue the NEETS larping as bootlicker of course..
>>533989820theyve been around longer than you have. its the companies way over covering their asses legally and firing you with ammunition. You're career there might be stalled for a long time. Feel them out carefully and consider the corporate politics of the situation you're in.
Just go postal on themKill all HR employees. Find out where the remote workers live. Burn their houses down.
Oh, and of course dont forget to sprinkle in ghost jobs for the countless people who do get fucked over? Wait what? That's still not enough? How about ghost internerviews, 3 rounds of them too.. You are either qualified or over qualifed, u kill the interviews and u see that job reposted again in 2 weeks. Then a month. Then the month after that. Man, what a time to be a goy
>>533989978Ye im sure but recently there have been countless reports online of companies using them they ramped up a lot
>>533989820>pipless
>>533989820Often times employers will still give severance/redundancy, because they can pip you all they want, but it doesn't prevent you from taking them to court over wrongful termination. For this reason, keep strong records of everything, send yourself all relevant emails.
>>533990336Then why do they do the pips??
>>533990534Much like KPIs management is just trying to find new ways on how to be lazy.
