Peel and boil your potatos, make meatballs and gravy, cook some brocolli, preferably in beef or chicken stock. Plate everything seperate of eachother and serve your gravy alongside. Some people like to mash everything together, others eat in specific order. I for one like to save my meat. Veg and meat could be anything really. You can make this dish special by buying high end ingredients, like steak, pearl potatos and white asparagus with eggs and ham. Or you can add spices like nutmeg. Very Dutch that one.
