Left wing means liberal, as in anyone that doesn't believe in divine right. So it's already radical. After this socialism was made, which denies Christ entirely. So yeah, not the same thing. "Leftism" is actually left-leftism and "conservatives" are divine right denying liberals. Actual conservatives would be cutting you to ribbons in the name of God
