>flood the country with unlimited third worlders
>give billionaires/land owners all the cheap labor/renters they want
>demand higher wages and lower rent
Lololololol

Theres plenty of housing and money flowing for both, shill
>>
>>534047458
Just gonna leave this little gem here, and point out that rent price fluctations 100% correlate to whether people are forced to eat donkeys and bugs to survive
>>
>>534047458
I'm paying like 7x than what I was paying in 2023, you fucking kike.
>>

The UK introduced new laws to protect tenants, effective next months, and suddenly lots of houses in my street are for sale.
Fuck kike landlords.

>Increase supply
Sry can't build here, it would lower property values, or endanger some snails, or pave over too much precious soil. Whatever works to not build more.
>>
my friend living in buenos aires told me the contrary

he even left for vietnam after spreading his genital herpes / HPV / chlamydia to 100's of latinas

he is french
>>

Yes. Same house.
Admittedly the 2023 price was very cheap.
>>
>>534047458
Fake news, meanwhile back in reality Argentinians are forced to eat donkey meat to survive.
Only Peronism and Socialism produce prosperous economies, lolbertarianism and crapitalism only benefit Jews and other parasites.
If you disagree you’re a philosemitic shitskin.

>>534047753
Not true. Fuck off and die.

you dont have money to buy them

you mean your parents' street, of course

He literally said he could lower house prices instantly if he wanted to, but he doesn't because his kike boomer constituents want their investment property values as high as possible
>>
>>534047458
The supply is strangled at the local level.
Nobody teaches you about the local politics growing up, just the national stuff.
Basically in every town, some small circle of about 10 people have complete say over everything that gets built. They're almost always people who own lots of property there, and have no incentive for anything except increasing the value(price) of it all.
>>
>>534047458
That article is from like a year ago, now everything is more expensive and inflation is coming back (3.5% per month like 40% per year)
Mileis approval is also tanking to around 30%
>>
>>534048178
Do you realize the only decent president we had after the coup was Nestor?
Literally everyone else just destroyed shit and left a mess. Cristina was the worst of them all since with her pure retardedness she left us where we are now.
>>
>>534048091
So that means the 40% down stat is fake ? Or is it down 40% from 2025 which had actually heavily increased since 2023 ?

>>534048522
Yes, very fake.
Absolutely nothing is cheaper than it was in 2023 since we were at historical lows.
Any news of prices going down is just kikes cherry picking a period during Milei's presidency as if that were some kind of win.
At any rate, whatever you cherry pick is now in the past because inflation has been rising for the last months. And I mean the inflation rate. The thing that supposedly was under control.
Supposedly the inflation rate should go down starting this month. I don't believe it and even if it's true it's a horrible result.
This is horrible because before Milei prices as measured in Dollars were stable. Only the worthless Peso was inflating. Now we have inflation in both currencies.

How do you flood a 3rd world country with 3rd world immigrants?
>>
>>534047458
What if we invade Europe and turn it into a parking lot?
>>
>>534047458
Isn't Argentina also (totally incidentally, I'm sure) also in kind of an economic crisis right now? If the people able to pay rents at a given price can no longer do so, do you think you might also expect to see prices decrease and available supply increase... because of factors external to rent control?

Unlikely because we're not at a time where construction is seen as attractive.
You'd have to believe Milei will be successful which is a very tall order currently.

I don't believe any world leader wants to improve life for their citizens.

yeah there would be abundant housing but for the abundance of greedy middlemen, (((zoning boards))), permitting inspections and all the other hoobajoo they jew you out of your money with before shovels touch the ground. on the projects the zog-ning board approved only. now in BC Canada if a feathernigger throws a chicken bone on your site you'll have to pay them hundreds of thousands to dig there looking for more of their ancestors.

they are all population reductionists. you can't get in power unless you are a population reductionist. Economic constriction is how you reduce population. They aren't going to be able to war or vax the population down to 500 million so they will just constrict. It's for the best though.. do you really want there to be 10 or 15 billion people? blink and they will be here.
>>
>>534050352
Actually it's the Chinese

About 1,148,000 hectares... that's a shitload of land.

Basically Left Wingers were selling the entire country to China for scraps.
>>
>>534049929
none these countries are know as beef herding countries faggot. Argentina is basically texas when it comes to beef, if anyone had more beef then one these it the other. these are beef places.
>>
>>534050432
>do you really want there to be 10 or 15 billion people?
Not if they're indians muslims but there's no sense in constricting my country. With passable infrastructure (not at that level currently) we could easily hold 150 million people. Even more if decent infrastructure were put in place.
>>
There exists an incredible number of deluded and insane people, here and elsewhere, who believe that attempting more of the same thing over and over again will somehow make it work this time, when it is, in fact, precisely what brought them to this point in the first place. Then, with astonishing dishonesty, they expect a solution they do not even believe in to be perfect in the way that God is perfect, and to be free of causality itself: they demand that the consequences of decades of mismanagement be undone overnight, and that there be no disruptions whatsoever in the process.
They are gleefully quick to celebrate the visible effects of their own complicity and long-term stupor finally being revealed to them, now that the blinds have been removed from their eyes, as though this were a failure of the new order that liberated them from bondage—rather than the exposure of the reality that had been hidden from them by the very thing they now call for a return to. Donkey meat? If the corrections that were made had not been made, they would not be complaining about donkey meat; they would be learning what Zimbabwe and every other socialist disaster learned after inflation, price controls, confiscation, and state-managed scarcity were treated as the solution rather than as the disease itself. They all do the same thing: they take the law, which is supposed to protect people from plunder, and turn it into the means by which plunder is made legal, so long as it is done by the state. And then these retard will still refuse to learn the lesson and insist it be tried elsewhere.
>>
>>534048927
Latrinoes have their own hierarchy. Southern Cone (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, southern Brazil) is at the top. Most of the carribean is at the bottom. Mexico is in the middle, and I think Venezuela is above the carribean but below the rest. It’s fascinating to observe such a hierarchy when they all look and sound the same to us. Kind of like pajeets insisting they’re brahmin and above dalits as if we can tell the difference.

They hate you. They especially hate you if you're White. None of these problems have to exist. It's all intentional. They intentionally cause problems.

For the vast majority of US history, for instance, the inflationary rate was 0%. There were periods of time with inflation going up to about 10%, then periods of time with it decreasing to deflationary values... inflation is entirely caused by printing money. They know that and they lie about it. Same with everything else they do.
>>
>>534047458
My renter increases the rent by the legal amount every year. There is just no fucking way you could scrap rent controls and I would end up paying less rent without moving. I don't believe it.
>>
>>534054578
Same here. Immigrants increase demand for housing and goods and increase the supply of cheap labor. That's that point. Doesn't help anyone but the top 1% and hurts everyone else.
>>
>>534054394
ALT: it's okay to print money as the population increases to try and keep the amount of money available per person the same, and the reason things have gotten so fucked up is no one knows what their country's population is anymore
>>
>>534054578
My landlord has only increased the rent once in the last 8 or so years, and it was 2020 or whenever it was that inflation hit about 10%. He's either stupid and doesn't know what compounding gains are or is being reasonable about the fact that he doesn't do shit to maintain his properties. It's probably the former considering his surname is Hussein.
>>
>>534047868
Ok but prices have gone down a little and nobody can afford rent so there’s a lot supply
Did you even say thank you?
