Yeah everything is confusing if you're retarded. They send what you had done to your insurance company who then decides what portion of it they will pay. The bill you get is what they didn't want to pay. It takes time for them to do this and not all items take the same amount of time to process, hence why you keep getting separate bills spread out over time.
