OP is either the lightest lightskin of all time or not a nigger at all. Here's how it works: You just act like a nigger until you need to talk to a caseworker at your local DHS or equivalent office. Not too much of a nigger, or you'll go to nigger community housing (prison). Just the right amount of useless, lazy and ostensibly addicted to street substances. Because you're a nigger, you'll barely have to do your own paperwork, and if you do, just loudly complain about how confusing it is. Your cw will fill it out for you. Remember this: social workers typically have huge caseloads full of people roughly as irritating and difficult as a random street nigger already, regardless of the actual racial demographics. They're used to being verbally abused and hassled daily, and will find whatever program they can to get you paid so they can move on to the next welfare asshole. They are also always very stressed and almost all women, so maintaining a constant psychological pressure on them is helpful in getting your shit prioritized. If you don't get something you want, you call your caseworker and then their supervisor and bitch about how you're being discriminated against. Just keep bitching until you get something. You will also get basically free anything you want if you've planted your nigger seed in a negress to make nigglets.
