When I lived down there I met a black neonazi (literally had a swastika tattoo and Hitler shirt) at a bar and me and my Jewish friend sat down with him, discussed history, culture and had many beers. No insults, no threats of violence, but maximum civil expression. If anyone even attempts anything similar in England random passerbys will make it their problem. Over there even random comments from people around us were just friendly or curious.
