I lived in central Illinois for many years but then moved to the west coast for work but I'm considering moving back to my hometown because dude people on the west coast are really rude.
The west coast has great nature and everything and yeah the weather sure its nice in the summer and not extremely humid like Illinois summers are but man I miss the midwest its the white mans ancestral home in my opinion.

The west coast states are great to live in if your rich though. Like if your regularly making 5-6 figs or more you can have a nice comfy income especially in eastern Oregon, to offset the high cost of living in the west coast thats why the min wage is so high there.
