the latest survey concludes that within Japan, 294,198 people are studying Japanese, and outside of Japan, that number grows to 4 million.

For those unfamiliar, learning Japanese can be very pricy. Learning within Japan is the best way to do it, but a good second-option is to study japanese in your home country. JLS (japanese language schools) are everywhere.

Of this 4 million, 1.94 million people took the JLPT last year.

There's a shitload of people learning Japanese and it just keeps growing. Can this language ever be stopped?
