Good!”Mary Saldarelli, Woods’s lawyer, told the Times that her client’s words were “a reaction to having your face put down in the pavement and being shoved there and kept there”.Her reason for going to the property, Saldarelli added, was that Woods had experienced several evictions herself and wanted to protect people from predatory lenders who charged extortionate rates on non-mainstream mortgages.

Then I noticed the local bees and wasps seemed to congregate around me when I'd hand water the garden and my lawn but that they were never remotely hostile. I eventually realized they probably liked to drink the mist droplets created by the hose nozzle. Once I started deliberately spritzing the plants I noticed them congregating on during the day they stopped harassing me on my deck when I was trying to eat lunch. The bees and wasps in my area are alright if you just bother to try to figure out what they're up to and stop trying to fuck with them whenever you see them.

There is no money in landlording.Taxes, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, property tax, advertisrment. It eats up all the rent. Your pay day comes when you sell the building. If you are a landlord without a mortgage that means you arnt leveraged and you are doing it wrong. You have to be leveraged or it makes no sense. It needs to be the banks money you are investing.The state takes so much now that unless you do it exactly right you are losing money. Finally, tenants have too many rights. They are near to impossible to evict even when they arnt paying their rent.I figured this all out from giving landlording a go for a year. I dont have a mortgage on my property. So I realised im stupid renting it out. Going to sell.Also tenants are fucking disgusting. Non of them cleaned. They lived like animals.
