>>534098843I work for a very large company and once an Indian becomes department head, it's over. He' ll only hire other Indians. My department has a white manager and 60% Indian staff. They don't follow the rule of speaking English on the food production line and often organise break times without my ability to join the conversation. They also enjoy pranking other workers by hiding important equipment, shoes & gloves etc at the end of the shift. I've seen them provide data that the computer wants to see rather than measuring our product, so we have no idea if the tolerance standard is being upheld. And their smalltalk is tiring - they talk all fucking day almost always in their own language. The only time they don't talk is if I yell something racist and even then they only shut up for like half an hour. I don't want to yell too much around them because they'll just adapt to me and I won't get those peaceful times when I really need it.
