I saw him reaching for something behind him on the ground and stomped on that arm then drove the sharp end of the rockbar through that elbow literally nailing him to the ground. I then stomped him into unconsciousness as he started trying to reach the pistol he had behind him. I walked, he went down for aggravated assault and assault with a deadly weapon for the pistol. There were several witnesses including a couple of guys from his company that testified against him. He was a boomer.. And did 2 years over his stupidity along with losing a lot of use of an arm. No workman's comp or disability as it was seen as the results of criminal activity.
