I know you are joking ofc but many people just don't have the slightest clue how fucked we'd have been if the Hapsburgs did not lose power. Otto von Hapsburg was a friend of Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi and a co-founder of his Pan-European Union movement. Otto himself for his entire life and political carrier (thankfully, not as an actual king but a basic bitch EP representative), pursued European integrationist and liberal democratic (ie: judeocratic, globohomo, Kalergist) goals. If Austria-Hungary did not cease to exist, we'd make Sweden look like a conservative and racist country by comparison.

I am playing medieval total war as the mongols right now and am at war with Europe but good relations with the Byzantines I have.

I gifted them a snake like territory almost identical to your Pic and it has kept the west from invading me cause they like the byzantines too

(I think HRE jusssst took Venice from Byzantines mayhaps)
