he says he eats 75% organs which is where all the micronutrients are. You have to eat a lot of organic veg if you want to get that without having to eat (raw) organs. Problem is that most people are obsessed with protein nowadays. But the key is greens and lots of it. You can add it to everything you cook. Ate spelt oats with stinging nettle this morning. I believe that he's right that eating organs is very beneficial. But it's rather extreme. Eating plants is easier. Just my opinion
