Not everybody is a saint. I'd seriously consider making adult family members sign a lease for my own protection because they legally have tenants' rights whether they sign one or not.

Bright side is I do have a girlfriend who doesnt mind that I live at home in my 30s lol, she's thinking about wanting to move in that way she doesnt have to pay a separate rent plus my dad can get more cut off the mortgage, plus they can quit pestering me about grandchildren (that's another rant, though.) Not that I'm not practicing with my girlfriend.
